Far End Farm Tea Garden

Soups, sandwiches, cakes and cream teas are served in the conservatory and, weather permitting, in the sheltered garden. Produce is home made and locally sourced wherever possible.
Parking, walkers, cyclists and riders welcome.
There will be a series of events at various times, e.g. a Teddy Bears' picnic in aid of Barnardos and the NSPCC in May.
Starting from Good Friday 2006 the opening times from April to November are from 11:00am to 5:30pm on Thursdays to Sundays and Bank holidays but will be closed from mid July to the end of August.
From November to April opening times are from 11:00am to 5:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.

The Cross Keys Temperance Inn

The Cross Keys is a 400 year old National Trust Temperance Inn.ituated at Cautley on the A683 Sedbergh to Kirkby Stephen road and boasting one of the finest views of Cautley Spout and the Howgills.

The small farmhouse style restaurant serves a variety of home cooked food, (a particular favourite is Ham 'n Eggs) with an extensive menu for residents and non-residents.

The Cross Keys is a Temperance Inn and cannot sell alcohol but you are welcome to bring along drinks of your choice which may be opened with no corkage charge.

A charming country inn in an area of outstanding natural beauty situated on the A683 between Sedbergh and Kirkby Lonsdale.
