  • The 2024 Sedbergh Book Town Festival ‘What are Words Worth?’, the annual exploration of writing and ideas, ran from 25th May to 1st June. You can read a review of the festival in a newsletter from local author J C Briggs.
  • Further 2024 events will include a writing competition for children and adults during the autumn, a September festival for amateur writers, poets, and playwrights, and a crime novel event ‘Death in the Dales’ from 11th to 13th October.
