A section of Howgill Lane will be closed whilst utility works are carried out.
This is anticipated to take up to 23 days.
Location of works:
Howgill Lane, Sedbergh from a point approx. 115 metres north west of its junction with Fairholme, extending in a north westerly then westerly direction for approx. 60 metres.
Alternative Route:
A suitable alternative route will be signed and made available via the unrestricted sections of Howgill Lane, Main Street, A684 Station Road, B6257 Firbank, A685 and Fairmile Road.
A way for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will BE MAINTAINED at all times.
Emergency Services:
Access for emergency vehicles will BE MAINTAINED where required for the duration of this restriction.
