In 2026 the May Market will take place on Saturday 23rd May to coincide with the Bank Holiday weekend. This market will be the first of only two this year, the second taking place over the August Bank Holiday Weekend. Both markets will be based in a new location for us at St Andrews Church and the Church yard. We will still have lots of your favourite stalls from previous years, including several food stalls.
Why not combine a visit to the market, a look in the town’s shops and a stroll along the River Rawthey or a more energetic walk up Winder Fell?
For lunch you can choose from one of the many excellent cafes and pubs in the town or try something delicious from a market stall.
The Artisan Markets are open from 9.30 am to 3 pm. The dates for 2025 are May 24th, June 28th, July 26th and August 23rd (Bank Holiday Saturday and SEDBERGH SHEEPFEST)
Pitch fees are competitive and we are always looking for traders with an exciting, high-quality idea. Gazebos and tables are available for hire.
