Weathercock sleeps six guests in three double bedrooms (with an additional sofa bed) and is an attractive, recently-refurbished traditional Dales cottage with a hot tub and large garden for relaxing. With wonderful walks all around, incredible views of the Howgill Fells and many places to visit throughout both the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks, Weathercock Cottage is perfect for a lazy or energetic holiday at any time of the year.

Weathercock Cottage is on the Dales Way and three miles’ drive from the M6. The owner can arrange a pick-up from Oxenholme, Dent or Garsdale railway stations. One well-behaved dog is allowed, and it is possible to arrange stabling for a horse, though not next to the cottage. Fishing on the River Lune is available.
