The house sleeps 6 people in 3 double bedrooms. All the beds are double and there is space in the master bedroom for a cot (available on request). The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the other two bedrooms share a generous family bathroom with separate bath and shower.

The spacious kitchen-diner seats 8 around a farmhouse table which Jonny made from reclaimed scaffold boards. There is a large range style cooker with 5 induction hobs and 4 ovens. All mod cons such as fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and toaster are present. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and includes all the essentials such as dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, sponge, cloth, washing machine capsules, kitchen paper and loo roll.

The main sitting room has a large sofa plus two armchairs, a log burner and a an upright piano. Matches, firelighters, logs and kindling are all provided. There is also a cosy snug off the sitting room with a sofa and TV if you need to escape and have your own space. There is a single futon which can be set up in here if you have a 7th person (probably a child!) who doesn’t mind sleeping in the TV room!

There is a generous hallway with plenty of coats and boots storage, as well as an internal and external porch for muddy wellies or dogs to dry off.

Off the main sitting room there is a downstairs loo, which has possibly the best view a loo could ask for, as it looks right into Cautley Spout.

The kitchen/dining room has large French doors opening out onto a spacious south facing patio for Al Fresco dining. The patio is nestled into the hillside and is walled on two sides which means it is much more sheltered than the garden and can get really warm in the summer. The patio table seats 6 and provides access to the garden beyond via steps.

Off the kitchen there is a utility room with a washing machine and recycling storage. There is a hanging airer above the log burner in the sitting room or a retractable washing line outside on the patio.
