Brantrigg
Our twin room has its own bathroom. We pride ourselves on our comfortable beds and the views from our windows. Breakfast comprises locally produced food including home-made preserves and honey from our own bees.

Father Haw
Guests have a double bedroom with their own private bathroom and private sitting room, all on the ground floor. The sitting room has tea and coffee making facilities, TV, video, radio and CD player and a South facing balcony with views across the valley to the hills of Dentdale.

High Roans

Memories Cottage
An 18th Century Cottage near the centre of Sedbergh. One of the double rooms has a King Size bed and en-suite facilities with a spa bath. An extra "put me up" bed is also available.
Satelite TV available.
Lunch, high tea and supper parties can be provided for up to 6 or 7 people by prior arrangement.
A resident masseuse offers lymphatic, or relaxation massage in a private treatment room.

Summerhill
A large Victorian house that has been completely refurbished, providing authentic features with contemporary bathrooms. We grow a lot of our own fruit and vegetables and breakfasts are a feast of homemade organic bread and other locally sourced meat and eggs.
Please note that bookings must be for a minimum of 2 nights.
The house is also available for self catering (sleeping 6 - 8) for the duration of the school holidays.

Yew Tree Cottage
The cottage which is of 18th century origin has been tastefully restored to make comfortable centrally heated accommodation. It has two bedrooms, one double and one twin - with wash basins, shaver points, tea making facilities and a shared shower/bathroom with toilet. A family room is available by arrangement.
Guests have their own sitting room with dining area and television.
