The market is held in the town’s historic centre and gives an opportunity to small farmers, cooks, crafters, market gardeners, makers and artists to display their produce and products. Almost all stall holders come from within a few dozen miles of Sedbergh and many from Sedbergh and district.

Stalls will include:

Bakes by Lucy of Barbon with cakes and traybakes
Bill Lowis Landscapes from Sedbergh with photos of local landscapes
Sedbergh’s Farfield Mill with art and craft from their resident artists
Chutneys and relishes by Fatjax Chutney from Leyland
Fell and Dale of Sedbergh with cards, books and prints
Sweet and savoury hot pancakes from Flipping Good Pancakes of Lancaster
Fudgeadoodledoo! with fudge from Sedbergh
Jams & herbs by Jeannie’s Kitchen Garden from Bampton
Lakeland Reflections of Windermere with fused glass and slate products
Eggs by Lamb Paddock Farm from Cowgill
Hog roast by Mansergh Hall Farm of Middleton
Hot Thai food from Noolek’s Thai Food of Sedbergh
Goat milk, meat and cheese by Piper Hole Goat Farm from Ravenstonedale
The RSPB with information about birds
RS Wood Gems of Carnforth with hardwood kitchen items and silver jewellery
Gin by Shed 1 Distillery from Ulverston
Samosas, pakoras, etc. by Singh’s Samosas
Bread and bready meals by Sue’s Bread from Bishop Auckland
The Hobby House of Tebay with weaving, spinning and handmade items
