The Ideas Festival in partnership with South Lakeland District Council presents a creative workshop designed to allow local people to develop ideas that may be integrated into SLDC’s Equality & Diversity Policies.

Sarah Pickthall
Sarah Pickthall is an artist, trainer and consultant who uses coaching principles at the heart of her work. She helps people to explore community, inclusion and equality through groundbreaking artistic interventions, questions and involvement workshops. Sarah is an accredited coach for the Institute of Human Development working with a wide range of individuals and groups in the creative and cultural sectors. She is currently designing a disabled leadership programme for ‘Sync’. Sarah will be leading a selection of creative activities designed to add positive, constructive ideas to Cumbria’s debate on issues such as diversity, disability, human rights, gender issues, equality, immigration, citizenship and living together in a healthy, supportive society.
