Michael Gray is a world authority on the work of Bob Dylan and the author of “Song and Dance Man” and “The Bob Dylan Encyclopedia”. With great records and rare footage, he will show how hugely Dylan has been inspired by the blues and how much of its poetry has been smuggled inside his own.
Michael Gray’s talk is lively and spontaneous, witty and acute, using unpredictable slices of music to offer a thoroughly entertaining, fresh account of Dylan’s achievement.
