Sunday 20th September

Westwood Books, 4:00pmFree
From taxidermy, giants and Jeremy Bentham’s shrunken head, to scrapie in sheep, quasicrystals and Maurits Escher’s intricate patterns of animals, there will surely be something to entertain you. You are warmly invited to come along for a relaxing and entertaining session.
Ann Lingard, writer and broadcaster, is a former scientist, who has lived and worked in Cambridge, Oregon and Glasgow, and now lives on a small–holding in North–West Cumbria where she keeps a few sheep.
