This new stable and hayloft conversion is situated up a quiet country lane one mile from the town of Sedbergh with its many amenities. It is adjacent to major footpaths including the Dales Way and is within easy reach of an attractive 9 hole golf course and many other sporting facilities including horse-riding and angling. Sedbergh lies within the Yorkshire Dales National Park and is less than half an hour from the Lake District National Park. With the M6 only five miles away this is also an ideal centre for touring.

The accommodation comprises a part flagged split-level sitting/dining/kitchen area with stairs rising to a balcony bathroom. Across a small landing, in the old hayloft, is the double bedroom. The bathroom has both shower and tub. Kitchen equipment includes an electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and kettle with a washing machine and dryer nearby. TV and radio/CD/tape players are also provided.

Private patio and parking are at the front door and all windows enjoy stunning views of surrounding pastures, the Rawthey valley and the Howgill Fells.

Heating is by oil and electricity,

Bed linen, duvet, pillows and towels are also included in the price.

Visiting horses and dogs are welcome by arrangement.
